Noah Rice, grandson of YMCA Customer
Service Coordinator, Sheree Lesznar, has been
doing well with his treatments in Delaware. Many
of you have sent donations to the Rice Family
and have been praying for Noah. He currently
has no signs of the Protein Losing Enteropathy,
which was what placed him on the heart
transplant list. He is enjoying his new school and
friends.
Thank you for all your prayers. As Noah
says, “God heals.” Amen, Noah.
The following is a note from Noah and the Rice Family:
Hi Everyone! I am doing great. As many of you may know I have moved to Delaware with the remainder of my family. We live less than five minutes from the hospital that has taken such good care of me in the past. I continue to have doctor's appointments approximately every other week, which keeps me very busy. Currently, there has been no signs or symptoms of the Protein Losing Enteropathy, which was the cause for me being on the transplant list! I love being a "normal" child. I was able to go to the beach with my family and have a family vacation that was long overdue. I also started school and have met a lot of new friends and I am learning a ton of stuff that I missed out on last year. We deeply appreciate all the continuous support that has been shown to my family and me. Thank you for all that you have done.
Love,
Noah & the Rice Family
